She's slowly turning into the mad queen like cersei so we got 2 mad queen

But she's not turning into the mad queen though - we're just meant to think that's a possibility because of her heritage.

A 'mad queen' would have gone against Jons advice and instead of attacking Jaime's army would have just gone ahead and assaulted king's landing or other cities with her three dragons - without caring about collateral damage/killing innocent people along the way

She is in a constant struggle with the Targaryen "fire" (i.e. craziness). We saw it flash up in a scene, then we see her channel it in a different way (burning Lannister armies instead of King's Landing). This is a constant theme for her character ever since she ate the horse heart. The show probably doesn't do as good of a job highlighting that duality as well as the book does, but that's not really a criticism as adaptations always make those kinds of sacrifices of character development.
