Just seemed like they tried to force every back character into this episode, and didn't really focus on the actual plot that much.

I honestly can't see a single reason why Barry turned to him to help out.

The bad guys are probably gonna return next season as "freak/villian of the week" until the main plot thickens.

what doesnt make much sense to me, is how capt cold is even worthy villian... his only weapon is the gun tat cisco MADE. barry can just quickly take the weapons from them. As a result, their just ordinary people with criminal backgrounds.... their not even meta humans.

capt cold was a decent villain before he got the gun. some kind of expert planner / strategist or whatever. but they didnt really show a whole lot of it
