Yeah cuz the character who saw the ultimate failure of how the Jedi order operated before it fell and thought that the order was extremely flawed and needed to change would definitely turn back into full Jedi shilling. It's fucking nonsense.

Edit: also Luke trained under yoda for like 2 months but everyone acts like he is the best Jedi to ever exist. It's silly. He was a child in over his head who was saved by his father. Also you can't tell me that I'm the only one who sees the absurdity and hypocrisy in shit like "no you can't have this thing your friend made you, cuz attachment, but also look at this lightsaber I kept for a decade.. Cuz attachment".

We always see Jedi not follow their own teachings and rules, but it just gets more and more absurd the further away from the source material shit gets.

Rodriguez managed to take something that was probably a 10/10 on paper and turn it into a 8/10 on the screen.

A lot of the action sequences just didn't "land". They didn't pull off the visual effect. That being said, some of them did work so the finale still gets a solid score of 8.

I really enjoyed this series. I don’t think it will get more than 3 seasons tops if it even gets a second one but I personally enjoyed it. My least favorite episode was the one where Mando was building the ship. Felt drawn out and boring to me.

There was a lot of great world building and development that will pay off not just in this series, or other Mandalorian series, but the entire Star Wars universe. They have learned from the past and are doing it right.

I agree. I know a lot of people hated it and only liked the episodes with Mando in them but me personally one of the Mando heavy episodes was my least favorite episode in the series.

Yea I knew grogu wasn't going to take the lightsabre. Also finally was pretty much what I was waiting for because much of the other episodes were very slow build up. Last episode 10/10 the rest of the episodes are 3-6 mediocre

Garbage finale

What did you not like about it?

It was mediocre. I dunno, the Vespa gang still ruins it for me

So after initially watching the finale & thinking it was pretty shitty, I decided to give it a re-watch today after work. While I liked it a lot better this time, I would only rate it as 'pretty good / decent', I didn't think it was in the tier of like, great or incredible. The first half was pretty slow, with the only cool parts being the scenes with Cad Bane. Later I thought some of the initial scenes with Mando & Boba teaming up & flying around & shooting up the bad guys were pretty cool, but then it got real over the top, predictable & cheesy. They all continuously shoot at this droid's shield that's clearly impervious to blaster fire, until the shield actually goes down via the Rancor, then they all just casually watch instead of shooting it. The modded power ranger biker gang were completely useless & out of place on Tatooine. They let the girl with the small pistol-like-blaster go up to do the sniping instead of the guy with a cybernetically modded eye lol. Makes sense. The giant droid chasing the people through the streets but only able to shoot way above or behind them. Grogu saving the day again. It was advertised as some sort of "war" when in reality it was a minor scuffle with some people & 2 giant droids. Cad Bane was dope, but instead of introducing or even hinting at in earlier episodes, they introduce him in one episode, then kill him in the next. Idk, it just seemed a bit rushed & a little lackluster. It was still probably the best episode of the season, at least out of the episodes that centered around Boba. I thought the two side-episodes that focused on Mando were great, but the other episodes, 1-4 & 7, were just okay-ish at best, & I'm a huge SW nerd. It felt a little too disney-fied, & a bit forced. This story didn't really warrant telling. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone that's not already a big Star Wars fan, for example. This is all just my opinion of course though
