I think we're operating under the assumption that everything was put back to normal in every time-line. That's assuming a lot and giving them more credit than they deserve, but that would explain it. Tony never collapses in the first place, hulk doesn't knock the case open and next to Loki.



I think maybe he's talking about how he went from wanting to save life, to being your typical "I'm going to kill everyone and rule the universe as a terrifying God.". It seemed like a bit of a shift and it didn't make much sense of the character. He was steadfast in his belief of what needed to be done and all he needs to fix the quirk in his original plan, is to a handful of extra people. You don't have to wipe out 100% of existence to do that, it doesn't make sense.

I don't think they "put everything back" cap went back specifically to replace what they took. They never took the stone from A1 time so I don't see how he could undo that.

I also don't think Thanos turned into "I want to kill everyone cuz I'm just a bad guy" to me it was more "I won, I know I won, destiny is on my side and they are trying to reverse it. They aren't allowed to, I have to destroy them so they can't reverse my plan".

I was happy with most of it. A few issues but minor.
Also why didn't they have every hero there to begin with? (The ones still alive I mean). The biggest moment in the Universe. I guess it makes sense if they wanted to be with family or something and weren't immediately available.
