The Arcanum - This would be absolutely amazing. Not sure who'd I'd cast though.

Sir Arthur Conan Doyale - Seems like Connery would be the perfect fit, but he's really not that great of an actor. Maybe Michael Gambon would do nicely here
Houdini - No fucking clue, thinking someone like RDJ, but maybe Jake Gyllenhaal or Joseph Gordon Levitt could pull this off nicely
Lovecraft - Cumberbatch or Leto maybe? James McAvoy maybe? I feel like after seeing split, he could pull this off nicely with the right wardrobe and motivation
Duvall - McKellen of course would be perfect
Marie - Would probably do open casting for this - I'd need to find someone who I'd instantly fall in love with, but who had a stare that could rip into my sole. Accent can be taught, those eyes can't.

Not sure how i'd do minor casting, lot of good character who I'd have to cover and at least cast someone decent. I feel like I'd need a lot more than 200m to get this movie done right lol.

If that didn't pan out, I'd do one of these instead.
