I laughed my ass off with the over exaggerated slurping from the IV bag that Benny was sucking down, for the previews of the next episode.

thank god cuz this might possibly have been the most worthless episode out of all 8 seasons

Not really worthless. It illustrated the story arc between Dean and Benny. They let this girl go, she hasn't done anything evil yet. Dean unleashed a vampire from purgatory into the world, he has to believe that the monster can be reformed (which is quite possible, they've run into a clan of vampires that didn't hurt people)

they couldve done that in something relevant not hey lets use theis poof excuse for an episode to do it
