Actually, it is close to the situation, the last scene was saw was he was surrounded by walkers, some appeared to have grabbed him, fade to black, he's fine and it was more than 20. There were more pouring in.
Also the rest of the walkers in the alley are irrelevant, only ones that matter at the moment are the ones around him.
So again, not far fetched.

Not to mention the entire episode was like a throwback to the first time Rick met Glenn. Rick in an impossible situation, surrounded by a horde on all sides, with a tank to crawl under. Low and behold, there's a hatch and glenn on the walkie talkie.

Except in Glenn's situation there is absolutely nowhere to run, he is already on the ground with a dead body on top of him, and 15-20 zombies on top of that.

The only thing I can see is he either hides in the dumpster, or somehow climbs the fence and onto the roof of that building. How he escapes to even make it that far though...

Except for that clear gap under the dumpster that has been pointed out on more than one occasion. Fancy that.

Is Maggie pregnant yet? They can't kill Glenn before that happens.

He was a background walker that wasn't supposed to be in the close up. The zombies with the better makeup are called hero walkers.

Not yet but I could've sworn they hinted at it somewhere.

Honest question - I'm not flaming anyone, and I'd appreciate if people could avoid flaming me as well.

I watched this show until I think season 4. It got incredibly tedious, and I found myself not caring about any of the characters because of what I thought was shitty development.

Has the show improved? Is it actually about zombies again? Is it still just the main characters being able to kill 1,000,000,000 zombies by themselves with nothing but a machete.

Just looking for some honest opinions from people who aren't HUGE fan-boys of the show. I know it's hard to be impartial if you're actively watching the show and enjoying it, but I'm hoping someone can give me some answers, maybe give me a couple small details without ruining to much of the plot as to how the show has progressed and if it's been for the better or worse.

Thanks in advance guys.

Same thing
The core and base of the show is how the remaining society cope with being in a zombie apocalypse
People drama with a side of zombies
It's still a drama/soap show and it didn't turn that way to please viewers. It was their intention from the start
I've never seen an eps where someone killed more than say 10 zombies hand-to-hand except probably michonne

The show was NEVER about zombies. If you had payed attention you would have noticed that the title "the walking dead" refers to the people who are ALL already infected and thus are the walking dead.
