Those things run all day lifting and moving thousands of tons of dirt. I'm pretty sure 3 or 4 of them is enough to kill 20,000 zombies.
Terrorists don't use napalm. Although napalm is easyish to make, military grade napalm isn't. Plus they dont have the internet so if no one knows how to make it then they cant do it. Then there is the issue of actually spreading it over the zombies. Also napalm takes a huge amount of gas, probably their entire supply for that large of a zombie pit, so not entirely feasible. Plus all the cars you mentioned have probably mostly all already been siphoned.
No matter what you think about vehicles, that many zombies would stop them pretty quickly.
Also to the lemmings guy, lemmings don't suicide off cliffs. Idiot.
Edit: also look at how many zombies there are, a cliff would kill 5%-10% at most before the fall stopped killing them. That is a fucking terrible plan.
