If you are asking if rape was punishable in medieval times, yes, it was. It depended where, when and how. Some rapes were punishable by fine which a portion of the fine would be paid to the victim. Some places, rape was punishable by castration or death. Also depends who you were, nobles could get away with it, obviously, especially with peasants.

If you mean in the game of thrones world, they send rapists to the wall. In the show, Stannis has rapists castrated.

People still say this today: "Old enough to bleed, old enough to butcher." Basically by those with lower mentality. As you can tell in GoT, they
marry off their children at 12 and some even younger. During War, it is common knowledge that rape is abundant and not frowned upon, as
for raping young girls in larger cities, it is uncommon to be caught and sent to the wall, mind you the ones caught are most likey those that
don't rape the beggars or lower citizens... which basically make them idiots, there are an abundance of whore houses where you could easily obtain one.

Anyway... caught up on the five episodes... seems a bit slow, only like 3 mentionable moments. Snow, Daenerys and the Tree with the cripple Stark.

Obviously the books go into more detail about it, but she did a good job protecting herself and also got the benefit of the "hero's luck" keep jumping from one captor to the next who protected her for their own interests.
