Remember when Eobar killed the real Dr. Wells? He say that particle accelerator blows up later in the future but Eobar made it blow up sooner. Meaning that the flash with the white circle could be an older Barry than the one that we see in the show right now. The future has been changed because the reverse flash just like how Barry changed the future when he went back in time for a day
