i'm a bit confused on a few parts. 1) how does reddington not have a backup plan? all he needs is a normal unsocial person to keep them at his house and he'll be fine waiting a week. surely he's got dozens of people he can go to? 2) what was the idea of the dude sending massive obviously fake leads? wouldn't it be better to leave a trail for the feds to follow, narrowly missing them every time, instead of giving multiple spots at the exact same time?

That plan with the misdirection wasn't supposed to go out for another week. Everything got rushed, hence no backup plan. He also didn't account for the sister coming back and fucking things up, again because they were pretty much on a go go go now trip. That's why the leads went out the way they did, hoping that they'd send people to each place and he'd make it through the confusion, which he did, but because it was rushed, she couldn't get through.

You're also forgetting that red is now pretty much public enemy number 1 with the cabal. Liz is public enemy number 1 with both the fbi and the cabal. Looked to me like a last ditch effort and played out like one.

God demmmmnmmmmmmmmm! I really miss this series! I probably shouldn't slept 6 hours for 3 days for path of exile... it's ruining my tv schedule/ study life.
