What if situation:

What if Lori died when the initial events were first going down? Shane tried to get out with Lori and Carl but to unfortunate circumstances only Carl and Shane made it out. Rick meets up with the group as he did in S1E2 and sees Carl and Shane. From this point on how do you think events would have transpired leading up to where we presently are?

Carl ends up dying from accidentally being shot by Otis.

Rick and Shane become gay lovers and lead a militia that clears all walkers from North America. They rule the new utopian world as dual emperors of the Grimes Dynasty.

I think the interaction on the farm would have been way different. Perhaps they would never have left it...

The reason they couldn't defend it was because the two alpha men were separated from the group, even Daryl wasn't there initially. If all bodies were on deck maybe it never would have fell.

I don't mind them killing off tyrese but it's how he went that made me mad. Like really? 75 year old Herschel went like a GAWT damn full season with one leg
