Horrible seems exaggerated... Being half as good as the worst Dexter seasons is still better than half the average garbage today.
Debra partially ruined Dexter New blood. I still enjoyed the show almost start to finish. But the new show would have been without a doubt much better without her wasted screen time. Dexter should have evolved as a character in someway... Having his average looking at best annoying screeching sister chip in every episode was more annoying than anything. Debra wasn't that annoying or that much of a POS. Or maybe Debra was that much of an annoying POS in the last season.
