The reason why I said that at first, is because everyone is trying to bash Marvel.

In reality star wars is okay. It is over hyped, but I'm not going to argue since truly majority enjoy it. And it's same with marvel, the majority enjoy it.

Marvel has declared bankruptcy twice, despite licensing out some of their most popular characters for millions if not hundreds of millions. Clearly Marvel is #1, that's why they have so much fan support and aren't hemorrhaging money.

Marvel wouldn't be around anymore if it wasn't for Disney. Disney took Marvel and started making movies that appeal to the lowest common denominator, like you. And I mean that's not a bad thing, it is definitely a way to make a lot of money, but trying to argue that they are amazing films is just....

Anyways I bet you don't even read comics do you? I bet you are this big Marvel dickslut 100% based on the movies.

The fact that they are both enjoyed by many people is one similarity between the franchises. There are also some differences between them though.

One difference is that Star Wars movies are some of the greatest movies ever made whereas Marvel is the movie equivalent of Ikea furniture, same business model behind both products: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Planned_obsolescence

AFI put New Hope at #15. New Hope and Empire are both in the top 20 in IMDB ratings. They are also both in the National Film Registry. They are in the pantheon of greatness of American film.

At this point, I'm kinda starting to feel like I'm getting trolled.

Don't ask me about star wars tbf.... I really am probably biased towards it.
The movies for me are as good as the transformer movies, if that makes any sense.
