More attempts at recommendations - This is all I got lol. I'm done after this.
Parks and Recreation - First season is pretty bad. Tough it out and you won't regret it. The show is amazing starting in the second season and it doesn't let up until the last or second to last season.
30 Rock - This show cracks me up. Tina Fey is a genius and one of the few female comedians/writers who just fucking kills it with almost everything she does.
Freaks and Geeks - Ended way too soon with only one season, but an enjoyable show. Bit dated, never really laugh out loud funny, at least not for me, but I thoroughly enjoyed the show.
Louie - Guy is a genius, just watch it
The Office - This is a meh show, people loved it, but it wasn't anything super special imo. I enjoyed it, but I didn't think it was amazing or anything.
Bojack Horseman - Animated - This and F both hit home hard at times. They're very well done shows and they resonate hard with adults who have been through some shit in their lives and understand how uneasy it all really is.
F is for Family - Animated
These don't fit 30 minutes, but all 3 of these are just WOW shows.
Stranger Things
Sons of Anarchy
Shameless US

Last season of Scrubs was pure cancer though.
The reboot doesn't count.
The show ended, and in a shameless attempt to get more money, they rebooted it with a horrible premise, horrible cast, no fucking heart and just ugh, god it makes me mad to even think about. It doesn't count as the last season to me and it never will. I see it as a shitty one season spinoff and it was, as you said, pure fucking cancer.
The real last season, last episode, that shit made me cry the first time I saw it.
Brendan Fraiser episode
Series Finale
Cox killing everyone with rabies
few others, but those are the biggest 3 for me that actually made me cry a little, which is something that does not happen often to someone who's dead inside like me.
Edit -
Honorable mentions now that my brain is in Scrubs mode and pulling shit off the shelves (haven't seen the show in years, so it's taking a bit of time to recall everything)
Carla saying goodbye to laverne
JD tricking Cox into finally saying how he feels about him in the last episode
Cox returning after his massive fuckup and him being scared to make decisions. That shit hit me hard. Seeing someone portrayed as a guy who was pretty much infallible becoming incapable of making even simple decisions because he'd lost all of his confidence. It's just all too relatable and I'm sure that all of us have experienced something similar in our lives.
