Weeds : Started okay, garbage by season 3 and it never gets better
Blacklist : interesting for 2 seasons and then you realize how retarded it is.
Any major network drama/action : They have good hooks that'll suck in people who don't know any better.
Misfits : Started great, steadily went downhill after Nathan left to pursue other things (nothing, should have stuck with that show)
Plenty of others, in fact, most shows hit this category of starting strong and then becoming shit.
HBO shows are somewhat immune. You'll see some idiots say True Detective, but that's because they're retarded. Each season is it's own show, and Season 1 was a fucking masterpiece, while season 2 was only above average television, and therefore it's complete garbage because people are too stupid to differentiate two entirely different stories.
