Are you going to make me quote the multiple times where you stated that it shouldn't have happened to her because she was attractive?
Man, what kind of education are they teaching you guys up the in Canada?
:wallbash: :wallbash: :wallbash:
You dumb? I never said things like this cant happen to hot girls...it can happen to EVERYONE.
First, you know this show is fake/scripted.
2nd, you know she isn't dead irl
3rd, if you ever built a show about suicide, the posterchild of the movie would be some average girl or ugly girl or an obese girl not a freaking hot babe that in EVERY school would be the top girl of the school with more friends than anyone
4th, if girl was average at best, it'd DEFINATLY helped make you feel more bad for her to help the storyline they tried to show
NOT realistic in THAT aspect,
you think because I say shes good looking that automatically means It cant happen or that I automatically stop caring...and thats where you're wrong
That's like saying...ok im gonna build a movie about respect and the freaking main actor is gonna be oussama ben laden
Reverse the roles, lets say you build a story about bullying and the guy wants to suicide and hes this 6"5 270 pounds good looking muscular dude who gets all the chicks
how fucking realistic is it?
you'd fucking take a nerd for that role in the movie but instead they brought a hot girl for the views because they know hot girls in shows or movies = views even if they're terrible actors
you see that shit all the time
Again, this shit has nothing to do with genders. and you're trying too hard to go away from what i've said, this isnt even my main complaint with the show
Her reactions and how she handled situations were terrible.
------------
In this end I enjoyed this show for what it is and tried to accomplish but it failed in making you sympathize with some characters in the first 9 episodes and that's what the show missed for what it was trying to do all along.
Even clay for fuck sakes didn't cry listening to those tapes until he hear his own tape (past 9 episodes)
When they announced she killed herself, pretty sure fucking clay didn't even cry he was emotionless like I was watching the show (and we didnt even know he loved her and if he did his first reaction would of been to cry like any normal human being) then if u saw him cried, you'd felt legit sympathy for him
There was nothing to make you feel sad in this movie in the first 9 episodes to the point where u have to hold back tears which was what the whole show should of been about
If I ever built a movie about suicide, my main goal is to bring out emotions out of people....and that would start by casting the main girl being an average looking girl to meet realistic standards of every days life and then I'd make you sympathize with every characters as much as I can
Show is good, masterpiece? hell no, could of been but failed.
