League will never be the same as "sports" like soccer, baskteball, tennis, etc. These players actually use 110% of their body and mind. In video games it is just the mind with very little physical effort.

Tbh I am even shocked at how much some of these players make.... Imaqtpie is one that deserves it tho ;P, but only because he is an "entertainer" and not a pro player (anymore).

I'm only gonna say this; you're arguing if soccer is a sport over gaming, just, back out. If you wanna argue if soccer is football or football is football, that's one thing. In this sport, you use your brain more than anything. You'll lose this argument or feign ignorance. Regardless, you should just back out of that argument.

Every man is entitled to his opinion. Someone asked you to define sport and you just ignored it. Lack of emphasis on word meaning and you lose sight of the big picture.

Physical exertion - try getting up to 400-600 apm like most StarCraft pro players.

There is a lot of physical exertion involved with playing contrive games at the highest level.

Skill - don't pretend like kicking a ball around takes more skill than any competitive game.

Individual or team - competitive games

For others entertainment - pretty sure more people watch e sports than something like tennis or volleyball or anything else you would consider a sport.

Not to mention the last international tournament prize pool was over 20m, for one tournament. So why don't you and your poor as fuck "real" sports go suck a dick.
