One of the few movies that I actually own. When it's on TV I get annoyed because I end up watching regardless of the time.

The last scene shows a clone of angier in the tank. Is there any chance this body is alive (somehow some hidden breathing mechanism (1890s, i know)).

If there is no chance, why keep dead clones in tanks?

That very last scene ends with "you don't want to be fooled," which may hint to the fact that that body in the tank is alive.
