It was 1000x better than the 1998 one, but still not great. The action was good, but bad acting, story and plot.

Went to the theater expecting a giant monster and CGI effects.

Saw 3 monsters and awesome CGI.

Fuck the plot, I went in there to make my ears bleed and my eyes cum. Was a fun watch.

I wanna see it for the eye candy too.

I used to love Godzilla movies growing up.

Wasn't really an argument, was just stating that the movie was bad. It was slightly entertaining at best, it seems as though most people are in agreement about this. I really don't need to defend calling it a bad movie but I'd love to hear your thoughts on why it was good.

Oh, the second time Oldman is chasing him trying to get him to stop, that was probably the worst scene I've even seen from Oldman. I'm not sure wtf he or the director were going for there. The acting was insincere from everyone and the plot was weak.
