I actually like what they are doing with Clay's character. Rather than killing him off. He lives with regret but for the first time we have seen, he is just trying to move past it. He doesn't want redemption because he knows he will never get it. And the only thing he wants is to somewhat have some type of dignity in his life after all the fucked up shit he did. Also the scene with Otto I think is making him feel really weird. He saw what Otto has went through and he probably started remembering the times with Jax's Father, Him, Otto,Piney, and Bobby and decided enough was enough.

Also I believe Jax is going to die in the final season. The reason being is his father was unable to cut corners and handle the path the Club took. And Clay had the ability and seize it. And Jax will die in exact opposite of his father. That he went down the path his father wanted to avoid but they both still die anyways. Because of their overall involvement of the MC club when the path already made was too late anyways.

The Bobby arc is interesting but overall I don't think it amounts to anything.

Overall the show is okay but I really don't like the direction they've decided to take some of the plots. I really wish they decided to delay Jax finding out about his fathers change of view before his death. Because that plot seems kind of wasted now with Piney and Ope dead and Clay being dead irrelevant as Jax is pretty much just like Clay but maybe a bit less brutal. Which makes me think Jax will ultimately become the one thing he despises the most and the one thing his father feared.

what u talking about sir lance, jax is nothing like clay...

clay killed so many of his own people... jax never. jax was willing to give tig up but thats only because its what was right. clay never would have given tig up. jax does whats right and has itegrity and puts the club above all else, clay was a lying cheating selfish leader only in it for himself.
