i agree, but for a different reason. on the face, theyre similar, but they have totally different goals/purposes. like someone said, bond is out to save the world, bourne is trying to save/find himself. and while both are/were special agents, they have very different approaches to doing things, so theyre not really comparable.

Didn't even need prior knowledge of the series to understand the plot, they explained it pretty early in the film.

Bond wins hands down.

Bond may lose in a flat out hand to hand fighting scenario, but that isnt the kind of fight bond will setup. He's got 50 different scenarios and how to get out of them.

Then if you take a Bond like Daniel Craig, well i think he could take Matt Damon in a fight from the movies ive seen. Pierce is a ladies man, craig is a badass fighter, less of a ladies man.

so kinda weird.

Also if we're talking about bond vs bourne, bond gets better looking women, so he wins there too.
