Rest are setting story. Developing investment into the characters and their stories. It has to be done, and IMO it has been done well.

Seasons need more eps tho

It's really just the same story line done over and over " oh no so and so has been captured by people that aren't actually bad but are trying to protect themselves " then Rick and his group go and destroy that society

Going to go up with even more build-up then another huge cliffhanger for the season split.

My guess is that Rick's group forcefully gets Beth and Carol out, I mean, since Darryl brought Noah back to the church, it's clearly what will happen.

Maybe they go steal all of Morgan's gun stash first.


I just find it so crappy that it has been over a year of travelling and scavenging and they appear to be within 100 miles of Atlanta still, where Rick first met the group

With this last episode focusing so much on carol as to go way back to last season for 20 seconds scenes that really were not needed i assume they are setting her up to die in the mid season finale. Beth may die with her cause seriously how relevant has she ever been?

The thing I hate about the walking dead is the point isn't to find a cure or to figure out why this happened . It bugs me that they have no plans to actually resolve the zombie issue .

They did in season one. And briefly this season.

Right because the random people that managed to survive the outbreak should obviously all be top notch scientist who have ideas on how to stop it. Did you even think this through before posting it?

Daryl gonna be one lonely man

IMHO the more pointless dialogue and back-story they give a certain character to in a 1-2 show span, the more likely they are to be setting that character up to die(Bob was a good example of this).

That being said, I nominate Carol as next in line. I would say Beth but they are trying to rescue her so I don't think the writers will kill her off just yet.
