They weren't her children. But she was a mother and it showed in that finale moment, she couldn't strike them down.

they spend like 6 million an episode. crazy. this episode alone would have cost like $10-15 million. the use of the snow storm/mist would have saved a lot of cash and worked really well.

I guess I'm the only one who saw the attack as just Meh stuff. I'm like, get that Hollywood action flick out of my politics, murder, and betrayal show lol

i definitely agree with you in general but i dont mind too much because they keep it sparse. I mean, we have to go back to s04e10 for the last time this happened right?

other than that, i guess sandsnakes and jaime had a little fighting but it felt totally natural

That's entirely true, and i have to admit it did serve the story, it wasn't mindless at all.

Still, Cersei in her cell or turion chatting with Dany would be my favorite moments
