riggs is still a robot actor.
no real force behind his words when he is supposed to ramp up.
my biggest problem was rick sleeping for like 36 hours and then waking up and acting like a zombie, i assume that they were going for he was a wicked case of dry mouth.
That whole episode was basically one of those things where it makes sense if you read the book(s), but leaves out serious details overlooked by the writers when translating that to film/t.v.
In the comics, Rick comes down with an infection. Carl spends nearly a week giving him painkillers and scrounging around for antibiotics. Rick was acting zombie-like and passed out for 36 hours because he was stoned as fuck. The writers forgot to include Carl helping his dad take pills and searching the houses for medicine.

he is a major character in the comics, so there is not much choice.
he needs a better coach for more serious parts, you can't feel any power behind the words when he is trying to be tough.
...but for sure. They have Carl coming off as a whiny preteen bitch on the show. The comic has him as basically a shorter, younger version of Rick, except he doesn't go crazy and start seeing shit and becoming withdrawn. He's not whiny and more of a leader with some wisdom beyond his years.

Ohhhh shittttt!!
*******Spoiler if you're not watching.
Tyrese with Carol still doesn't know it was her who killed his gf. Also big black guy with 2 little white girls in the woods and it's the white girls who want him to be there
Interesting that they switched the twins (Ben and Billy) to two sisters. The older one has the psychopathic tendencies like in the comics.
I'm just wondering where they're going with Sanctuary. A trap set by the Hunters? Negan's Saviors? The Alexandria Safe Zone?
