This. It was another clear sign pointing out Red being her real father. Obviously this show likes its mind fucks lol but it seems like Red has to be the daddy. Nothing else would really explain his insane need to protect her. I think Red has the Fulcrum, he always has and the only person that has any real knowledge of it, is Keen, his daughter. He got himself locked up to stop Pearlmen because he knew that it would eventually lead him to Keen, which was something he couldn't risk. He can't have anyone living know that she might be the only other person in the world that has that kind of secret hidden away. it would make her as big of a target as Red is and she's no fucking Red lol.
originally back in s1 when he said he wasn't her father, i thought red killed her father and felt bad. but after the memory episode with ron perlman, given the way she thinks him a villain and the psyc saying memory was altered, i think he rescued her from the fire.

if red cared about her, red wouldnt be putting her in harms way all the time. i cant remember her original role...profiler? or something safe. him asking for her and putting her on the case puts her in constant danger. i dont really understand it.
