Is the sickness going to play any more part or was it just filler?

i don't like the way the series is going. they just keep going from compound to compound and each season is like a soap opera with too much filler.
they need to do like the walking dead game/comic book and keep wandering around. they haven't even found any cannibal groups yet which would spice up the series
also:
super zombies(that the infection altered differently and made more dangerous)
military groups(who are corrupt)
crazy scientist guys
all the other basic zombie movie stuff that amc could deliver better than other people have

That would lead to show being cancelled. Plus you can't cannibalize humans if they turning into zombies if they die

you could though, a normal living human that gets decapitated would lead to the rest of the headless body getting turned into a zombie

Actually yeh the heads are the bits turning into zombies not the bodies. Good point

So this next episode tonight is going to be the mid season finale, does that mean they're taking a long break like breaking bad did?

Episode 9 will be back in February.

fuck i forgot about this. I hate split seasons, especially because this season has picked up where 3 left off, wasting time.
