The fact that he was a normal person and Bran is the reason for his retardation and eventual suicide to protect Bran made it sad for me. Plus it was a pretty good twist.
This makes sense indeed. But I'm not sure if those are his intentions, to conquer and gain armies to use later against the White Walkers.
Has he told his sister about the incoming danger?
As for Bran... Now I'm guessing that, he's the rebirth of the Raven. And that's the person who 1st "touched" Hordor.
