He did tell them there is a place to go and that they will make it. I was thinking he might try to drop them at the prison as it is the only group he knows of now that his town is gone. But then his old people showed up at the end of the episode so idk.

That is what I thought, I thought he was going to bring the 2 women and the girl to the prison so they could be safe. Obviously he was bringing back that way, and he does show up at the prison at the end of the 5th episode.

I really hope they bring more things from the comic, if something with Rick doesn't happen in the tv series I'll be utterly disappointed.
