I'd rather have a sword than an axe. The sword is versatile. You can slice, you can poke, easier to manoeveur.

The crowbar they use is just because you don't really come across a good sword very often. Crowbar is good at poking skulls rapidly.

Yea I'd take Michonne's sword and a pistol for backup.

The crowbar works well for poking them through the fence too, an axe is useless lol

Sword > nearly all melee weapons, not really a discussion on that one.

crowbars also have multi purposes like getting a locked door open and such.

axe if you get it stuck in the head ur fucked and have to abandon your weapon where as with a crowbar its a simple jab through the skull and remove just don't use the curved end could also get it stuck.

Best weapon in this situation is a semi automatic m-4 or ak-47. full auto burns through too much ammo. that scene where rick and carl took out all the walkers was pretty accurate to what you can do.

Until you run outa ammo and you are fucked(assuming we get to pick 1 and only 1 weapon)

this isn't a video game we're being realistic you don't have an infinite ammo cheat....
