Trying to save lives she killed two people that still had a chance and caused the death of one and possibly the death of another because she pushed to have them help out. Had they stayed where they were, they'd still be alive.  While I understand her position, I understand Rick's better. One, he can't trust her anymore. Two, it would eat him up inside to hide what she did and it would obviously cause a rift once tyreese found out and she was still around.

Remember the first kid that got sick ? He turned, and bitten someone else. She is just not taking any chance.

And because of that she is now responsible for 4 deaths. Like I said, I understand her position but she is still responsible for it and her actions would've resulted in her own death at the hands of tyreese or cause complete chaos within the dynamics of the group had she been allowed to stay, hence Rick sending her off.

I figure they didn't know how to turn the safties off (or rick gave them unloaded guns so they'd die and he can blame it on carol, making it easier to tell her to fuck off), but the leg thing is beyond me. I guess it just fell off cus it was already broken.

Looked to me like someone cut her leg off and drug her for a while.

No offense but both those situations sound very idiotic. If either of those are true I will actually stop watching the show. It is very possible that the guy will show up later in the season, the whole watch thing etc. but to say he is some psychopath who killed the girl he was with and has been protecting is absurd.

We don't know anything about his story. We don't have any evidence to suggest that he is or isn't a psychopath. Shane and the Governor were able to go around acting friendly too, but when the opportunity came to betray their close friends, they managed to pull it off just fine. The show has established that this type of betrayal is a norm in this world, there would be nothing absurd about it.

I'm not claiming I think those things will happen, those just happened to be what popped into my head when I first read the previous posts. I'm just taking blind stabs into the unknown abyss trying to explain why she may have ended up being eaten yet we don't see him around, he didn't show up at the rendezvous and no warning gunshot was heard (as they had discussed). The obvious explanation to jump to, of course, is him having some sort of ulterior motives. This is enhanced, imo, by the watch making us think that there could be something more to his trail. I would love to see more people proposing better theories than mine, that's one of the reasons I click on the thread.

I can not believe Tyrese is still allowed to be part of the group... Guy has been a liability for quite some time. Seems like the writers are trying too hard to keep him around...

Shane didn't really betray, he thought what he was doing was for the best of the group, Rick thought differently. The Governor obviously was insane.

The most obvious reason for the guy not showing up is because he died; or he could have pulled a Tyrese when he saw the girl dead, he might blame Rick/Carol for it or he might not. But I don't think his character could have or would have killed her.

God damnit I can't wait for tyrese to be killed. I am so glad that carol is gone. Then that other black guy, I was waiting for Daryl to give him a beat down. These people are such liabilities its frustrating to watch them sometimes.

No, shane really did betray. He was going to kill Rick not for the better of the group but because he was losing it. Though that was Lori's fault. She pretty much set them both up to kill each other.

From what I remember Shane was kind of losing it because he loved Lori, and he felt like Rick wasn't strong enough to protect Lori + Carl. So he did what he thought was best like taking the kid out to the woods and killing him..then Rick confronted him and killed him.
