Aside from the occasional jump scare in films, which at best get a twitch out of me, I don’t know how anyone can be actually scared in a film.

while i didn't like the ending, it relied on some jump scares, and the sequel was bad, i would say Sinister (2012)

Just watched it.... yea i am going to say didn't do it for me. Counjouring was based on true story and had great jumpscares did make you really feel like you were there. This is yea all i can say ill go back to actual movies and drop this horror genre. When you grow up things like this become cringe af and only kids who havent developed hair on their chest would fall for this crap.
