No whisperer or 2 and a half men arc (although we already knew that after Carl died)

Never imagined fear would ever overtake TWD although I only watched a handful of those episodes

Nope. Tons of story left to tell, not even close to finished.

yeah, there are stories left....

but the essential characters are gone....... with carl being gone his arc from the comics is impossible, with rick and maggie leaving..

They could merge TWD and Fear into one show

It's pretty impressive how they could make a show that used to be somewhat entertaining this boring and predictable. Having zombies be walking plot devices to get someone whenever the need arises and having boring inner conflicts within groups about the same re-hashed things definitely got me fed up pretty quickly. If you're going to do an adaption of an already popular media you need to either stick to it or not do it at all.
