I have to vehemently disagree. Bale might have gotten the better scripts (so far) but Affleck is really the best Batman there has ever been. He is cool and composed and looks perfectly at home as Bruce, Bale was a fucking terrible Bruce. Affleck is also way more imposing and terrifying as the bat, Bale was never scary. Plus voice... Suit design...etc, Affleck easily wins.
