Trying to read through this without touching the long posts.
The league and sunny...I've seen a lot of when it was on tv. Didn't know it was on Netflix. Won't watch because I've seen too much at this point.
Archer - hated it. Watched a couple episodes and just wasn't into it
Anime - not into it
House of cards is too long isn't it?
Arrested development sounds like the winner.
Actually sounds pretty cool. Shame it didn't work out :(
I missed the 30 minute/episode thing. Ya, they're like 50-65 minutes episodes. Is there a reason you're completely opposed to over 30+, do you just not have time? Better Caul Saul is also on Netflix, but same problem with 48 minute episodes.
Arrested Development and the League are still awesome and they fit your criteria. You should check those out.
I'ved played Fantasy football for 8 or 9 years now, so the League might be funnier to me than to other people, but I think it'd be funny to anyone. You're a football guy, and it's cool with all the random cameos they have from football personalities and professional players.
And ya, avoid the walls of texts, it's just discussing weeds. General consensus is that it's a great show with my opinion differing from everyone else, because I thought the last 2-3 seasons were terrible and they all enjoyed them.
The first 4 to 5 seasons are great imo.
