New season of the Leftovers debuting this month, just saw the trailer on HBO, anyone watch this show? looks intriguing, may start watching it after I finish a few other shows.

It's really good. Season 2 really shakes things up because of a setting and location twist but still good

Jade and I both enjoy it, looking forward to the last season

American Horror Story was nice until Season 4. Personally, I think it's now shit :/

It was always shit, the first two seasons were at least interesting though.

The Wire is the best TV show ever made. If you really want to understand the workings of American society from every perspective (the law, crime, politics, poverty, busness, and the media) and also grow close to a lot of the characters, this is the show for you

It's a fucking phenomenal show, but it's not the best and it falls off hard at multiple points during the show. It's also incredibly dramatized (as TV shows show are), and provides hardly insight on how any of the things you've listed work in the real would

Once again, it's a great show and one of my favorites, but don't try and pretend it's anymore than it is. That'll just lead to disappointment amongst people who can use their brain.

To be fair he isn't alone. A lot of people think it's the best or at the very least top 3.

I'd put it in my top 5. Seasons 3-4 were damn near perfect. Season 2 was pretty damn good too. 1 and 5 were the weakest overall.

The show isn't for everyone though. It can be slow paced at times and a bit much with the huge cast and multiple storylines.
