Arrival was amazing. One of the best sci-fi films I've seen in a while.

Gotta agree with you again, wife and I both loved it.

I know some people who disliked it but they are basically only into dumb action movies and arrival was more thought provoking/slower pacing.

I was calling you salty over the Pats comment, I agree with you completely about the Oscars. I didn't watch it either, it's a bunch of bullshit and even the "mistakes" seem scripted. They always nominate and give awards to terrible movies, they're rarely funny (Ricky Gervais was one of the few hosts that made this rarely instead of always), and it's just fucking boring.
