Do you think the lava injury disabled Vader's sexual functionality? Did he become a eunuch? Did he still have sexual feelings but no way to act on them? Was he still hypothetically functional, but becoming aroused enough to ejaculate (even by masturbation) would have been too stressful for his cardiovascular system?

I imagine that being more powerful than anyone around but still having sexual desires that you are unable to fulfill would be frustrating enough to cause harmful psychological implications after many decades of it. How I feel about his character might be altered if I knew about how sexually functional he was.
