Ki is NOT magical, it is energy, it is your bodies energy.
Chi is the flow of your bodies energy.
Neither of it is magical energy.
It is a fools errand to say so n so can blow up the sun [which takes forever to collect the energy to do so], and
so n so can instant transmission to another planet... what does that mean, they run away because they are beat?
Anyway... Goku has died, and he can do so again... I believe these two would never fight against each other, because
they are doing what is good for their planet and its' inhabitants.
goku died, yes, back when he was severely less powerful, often against people who were far more powerful than superman. Then there's the fact superman died too.
As far as teleporting, it's simply a way to out-speed the opponent, or stop the other fro movig the battle in a more favorable battlefield.
As far as blowing up the sun, it doesn't take forever, it's basically a casual flick of the wrist for goku, and he can block much, much more powerful than the minimum required to destroy a planet shots as well, while superman gets hurt by energy beams that can barely level a city when fighting other aliens.
The limitless version of Supes was the pre-Crisis superman, also commonly called the planets juggling superman. That superman, yes he could destroy goku, but that version has been over for nearly 30 years now, except for one cameo in infinite crisis.
The newer one is much, much less powerful, because the authors realized that an eternal choice between never having challenge or yet another kryptonite villain is bad storytelling. He's been hurt by darkseid, apocalypse, and braniac's mere physical machines a few times, probably by others I haven't seen either. None of these had the strength required to even destroy a continent in one blow, how's he going to survive against the kinds of beams Goku can put out?
But then again, this entire argument is really stupid becaue every author did whatever they felt like doing with superman, some made him stronger, some made him vulnerable whenever they needed it plot-wise, how do you compare 2 guys power levels when one of them can vary by a factor of several thousands depending on which of the dozens of authors wrote him?
