Trinity from Matrix, main actress in Underworld, both roles were great for those type of women.
Fight scenes were good with them, now, Elektra was nice looking, but the action was lacking,
then you take Lucy Liu in Kill Bill, also Resident Evil series was another strong presence of a Female
action personality... hot was not in reference to how pretty, nice, sexy etc they are, but how they
handled the action scenes.
One other person that comes to mind... Maqqy Q from Nikita TV series and the Movie "Naked Weapon" ... horrible movie, but the
old style martial art movie fight sequences were not too shabby... but still a B grade movie.

Reference to woman in Transformers... at least in 1 & 2, she was not as wimpy as the one in the 3rd movie.
Those woman were only chosen for their appearance... and the blond in # 3 was fugly... sorry, skinny blonds with phat lips don't go well.
