 in Pacific Rim, the Mechanical constructs (that is right BIATCHE... construct... not a fvcking robot) moved OUT OF SEQUENCE to the HUMAN navigators.

For fuck sake... does anyone have a braincell when they say a fvcking ROBOT fight sequence vs Alien when it is an actual CONSTRUCT that was designed to move in motion to the human navigators.

really... the 3 pages of people saying: ROBOT vs ALIEN concept is TOTALLY FVCKING WRONG. accept it.

Oh God you're the idiot who thinks saying "fvck" isn't a swear... Words are meaningless what matters is the idea they portray. Everyone understands exactly what is being talked about so the word used to describe it does not matter at all. You got smacked for trying to say something and now you try and change the subject because you have no real reply. Just stop talking.

 When typing, it is not talking, when reading, it is not listening... see what I did there... I did what you did by calling me an idiot for using a different way to type a word, but make it appear the way it was meant to...
no, I definately am not the idiot here. Your argument is not based on the movie, it is based on a bit of jargon to divert the truth of the matter... what I stated was correct.

Movie was bad, using Robot to describe it is incorrect, the action scenes between construct and aliens were slow and not fluid... Transformers had more fluidity in the fight sequences.
Storyline was a joke, lighting was bad because 98% of the time you are in the dark... sheesh I would rather watch re runs of Bugs Bunny.
Now... if you just want to "lay like broccolli" then watch this movie.

Oh... and what movie does "lay like broccolli" come from.

Facepalm.jpg you are still trying to divert the point by nitpicking at areas which do not matter. If I tell you to listen to me, in the context(of this being an online forum), I am telling you to read what I am typing; it does not matter which word I use because my meaning is understood.

In the movie the machines are called jaegers, is that at all correct? Not really, but it is still used as the term is easily understood by all. Trying to invalidate an argument based on a single word which has no actual impact on the argument itself is asinine.

You hate Pacific Rim because the fight scenes that have the giant machines in them are more realistic to what a giant machine would be like if it was moving, you say transformers is better because its "fluid" they do shit like jump around and have acrobatic scenes aka you're an idiot.

Also if you want to get extremely technical about it, calling the machines robots is not incorrect. And you using the word "construct" would be worse as if you said "man that construct in pacific rim was awesome" it would be impossible to tell if you were talking about the huge mechanical suits or the giant ass wall, as both are constructs.

blah. [to reduce the reading]

I stated what was wrong with the movie, get over it.

Whether they are named jaegars or not, the machine can also be referred to as a construct... basically we are pushing shit uphill argue'ing symantics because we are both :wallbash:

There is only one thing out of the four (4) paragraphs you typed in reference with my description of the movie... the fight sequence, again... it is a movie right, and in transformers (also a movie),
the fight scenes were totally different... movies like those are about fiction, not real and you can step out of the logical side of how fluid they would use... you want to argue about realism, schematics,
engineering, motion of the jaegars vs transformers... shit we do not have the engineering technology to prove any points... lets stick to the basics... it is a movie, and you can use imagination to see it
work.

So... you agree with everything else that I stated... Storyline sucked, Lighting was bad, and pretty much this movie is about just vege'ing out and numbing the braincells.

By the way... I don't hate the movie, there are worse movies about... I just don't see it being as good as it could have been... the storyline, lighting and action sequences could
have been a little bit better... and as for the acting... hmmm, some of it is questionable.

I watched it at the IMAX in London and to be honest, the film was awful. I knew the story was going to be bad but I expected some good fight scenes, however the size of the robots just too up all the space on the screen so you couldn't tell who was hitting who or what was going on

Also seemingly throwing metal objects into water massively damages them according to the film

You basically said you wanted to see big machines fighting aliens via flipping around with aerial combat and stuff. Which is ridiculous, giant machines are not going to be fluid like the transformers are. You tried to argue semantics and I shut you down, so call yourself :wallbash: if you like, as it is probably true.

Story line wasn't supposed to be amazing, it wasn't going for an oscar, its about the spectacle of larger than life beasts and machines fighting, of course the story isn't going to be award winning like are you joking? Did you actually think the plot was going to be something mind blowing? Actually making the aliens come from some sort of wormhole was a really nice touch as it does away with all the usual questions such as "how did they get here? How did we not see them coming?" etc., etc. Lighting was perfectly fine, maybe you need glasses? Action sequences is exactly what one should expect, the fact that you expected transformer-like action is fucking astounding.

Oh for fuck sake... really... you want to use that type of description based on your assumption on what I expected from the movie? Are you a mind reader or are you being pathetic to prove YOUR point of view because I disagree with you?

How about reading what you typed and do this until it sinks into your thick head that you are making a mountain from a mole hile... like your jsp username suggests... BLAH... and all you are going to do is BLAH... and after being outwitted you will just BLAH... and after that you will just BLAH over and over again to the point that your BLAH is right by YOUR BLAH episodes to be correct... basically... blah, blah and blah... oh w8... blah, more blah... and blah some more.

This is the real BLAH... you are pushing shit uphill... and if you don't like the shit and stink of it... maybe you should just smell your own shit and be content that it will only smell like roses to YOU... no one cares about your shit... so shit(blah) and shit(blah) and more shit(blah) for you... push it uphill... where does it state "Oscar Award" performance, or script, or acting, or storyline in any of the posts that I have mentioned? Oh wait... only you see it, you posted it, you feel this and that... and yes... pushing shit uphill is still useless in an arguement. Keep on trucking on, because that is the only thing you know how to do... push it uphill by your hands without using a braincell.

EDIT: the movie sucked balls... get over it... you liked it... so fvcking what.. it was crap... but... like I said, just because it was crap does not mean that you should not watch it... just "Lay Like Broccolli" and watch it.

You do realize the fact that you say "fvck" instead of "fuck" proves my entire point right? Like you are literally kicking yourself in the ass every time you try to say something.

 if you can read it how it is meant to be read, being pidantic over the spelling makes you a control freak... stop pushing shit uphill... you may find it easier to prove your point.
Oh... if you don't know, there are online games and other sources where you can not type those words, but, if you mispell them, you get it across how it is intended.

Problem with that type of coding, when a person types to online friend:

"Lets hit that one to the left" ... it will ignore it completely becuase of the word shit [Lets hit that...]

Anyway... you are blahing to try and be right, you are definately right... because it is you who thinks you are right, and of course you are right to you.

So... anything else to say about the movie? No... okay.
