I dont think he's being set up also. Unless it's the FBI doing it.
Cause they got a flag, when his wife was digging into his past, wich they discussed about... 2-3 episodes ago.
So Imo. the FBI or the higher ups know about the real answer to the shooting at that hotel.

high level documents I think. if they knew who had killed the person then her husband would most likely be in jail

I don't think so. On the file that red gave her that said "Classified" it had a picture of her husband with a hat on and his face was covered up but it was easily recognizable for people who had seen him before. Anyway it was in the classified file that it said an unidentified white male. Why would they put false info in a classified file?
