Hmm, I found it on IMDB, I'll look into it a bit, see if I can't find more info on it xD
Another one, doesn't look like anyone's mentioned it, but it's called
House (1986).
We still have these movies in a box in the garage, lol. It comes in 2 VHS's. The 2nd film has a slight bit of comedy mixed in from what I remember.
Can also be found on IMDb, but here's a brief summary start:
Quote
Roger Cobb is a Vietnam vet whose career as a horror novelist has taken a turn for the worse when his son Jimmy mysteriously disappears while visiting his aunt's house.
I always hated in this movie when they fool you in playing eerie music like something's goin to pop out at you, but nothing happens.
Then when you least expect it, you feel you're about to piss yourself after havin an adrenaline rush.
This one also proved creepy.

The Blob (60s & 80s)
Dead Alive (1992)^ This has a few bits of laughs, but mostly horror.
One that's more scifi oriented,
Pitch Black (2000). Starring Vin Diesel, I guess its a prequel to Riddick or supposed to be.
- A group of bounty hunters crash land on a planet that apparently has (I think 3? suns), but the rotation of the planet is so slow, when night rolls around it gets pretty deadly.
