i just dont get it how this religious people can just go around and arrest kings and queens like no tomorrow...its not like they untouchable? i remember someone even said when Tywin was around he wouldn't even let them in to the city...

They outnumber the royal family and cersei armed them when she really shouldn't have. Also tywin is dead.

Has nothing to with her agreeing to do nudity .

It's whether or not the church they're filming at game them the okay to allow her to walk nude

As CMBurns mentioned, it all revolves around Cersei's decision to arm the faith.

By the law of the land, the King is not above the Church. They are 2 separate authorities who must with each other for influence. Varys alluded to this struggle when he posed Tyrion the riddle awhile ago (it was either S1 or S2)

In a practical sense, for the last 1000 years or w/e, the Faith has not be allowed to have an army, so the King has had all the power. Cersei shifted the balance of power by getting Tommen to sign a decree allowing this new guy to have an army. But the real shift happened because Cersei happened to do it at a time when there was no one to fight to protect the influence of the crown. Tywin was gone. Tommen was too young. Olenna, Baelish and Jaime had left the city just before Cersei made here move. Cersei herself wasn't fighting the church because she was the one enabling them. It was a tragic misstep on her part.



I'm confused about what you're responding to. Let's recap:

I mentioned that Cersei's previous sex scenes (i.e. Jaime in Ep1 and later with Lancel in her bedroom in KL) did not include nudity on her part. That seemed a little odd to me, because nudity would have felt natural for those scenes. I proposed 2 possible explanations for her not being nude in those scenes:

1) Her contract didn't allow it
2) They wanted to save it up to make a future scene more dramatic.

As far as I know, other characters were shown nude in episodes filmed at those locations. So location restriction doesn't seem like it would have explained her lack of nudity in the sex scenes she's done.

So, what are you trying to say now?
