I've heard of people who make sure to read the books before watching so they don't let the show spoil the books for them (my recommendation). Then I've heard of people watching the show first, so the books don't spoil the show for them. But I've never heard of someone who spoils both the book and the show for themselves by reading leaked information. Why would you do that to yourself? Suspense is one of the big pleasures of aSoIaF, and you're robbing yourself of that pleasure.

He's already told the creators of the show how he sees it "ending" just in case he dies before he finishes the books. So, either way we will see how it plays out.

George has said the ending will be bittersweet. Still quite vague, but we can already draw from the story that this isn't the tale that ends with the good guys living happily forever ever after.

He's not a POV character so we don't see his true reaction. We only see what he presents to Sansa, which is as guarded and deceptive as everything else he does.

He was at least aware of the Lannister/Bolton plans for the wedding if not a part of planning them. My theory is that she was "dead to him" long before her throat got cut.
