Honestly, this probably will happen.

We might lose Morgan, he's credited for this episode and if he regains some of his sanity, I can see his death as very heartbreaking, especially if he dies in Rick's arms.

We know Rick is safe, he is the walking dead, the entire concept is from his character's perspective, so no worries there. Everyone else is pretty much fair game
