Carl was acting like an annoying child in this episode.

The writers don't know how to make him seem good unless they are following the comic book (like the previous episodes this season)

That's the point, he's between a child and a man, certain things he's done were responsible, and others not so much.
He shot Morgan to save his dad and Micchone.
On the other hand, he was foolish to try and go into the bar full of walkers.

He also disobeyed his father when shooting Morgan. What makes me dislike him so much is that he is so stubborn and doesn't listen.. JUST like Andrea. Omg they anger me lol

The real debate is whether or not his father treats him like a child way too much given the situation, or if Carl is going beyond endangering himself and others just to prove he's an adult. From the looks of it, it's a bit of both.

Carl endangers himself to prove himself, as a father you wouldn't want to give him freedom either, he would get himself killed so fast. Constantly lying and disobeying orders... Wants to do everything on his own.

I agree.
In the world they live in, he shouldn't be treated like a child.
