It is very significant. One force user just showed how him and his powers could stand up to an army. Now all these people who are force sensitive and in hiding realize how strong they can become and it is possible to defeat the massive organized military of the First Order. ??

Well firstly even though everyone has the force, not everyone is force sensitive. Secondly the force is thought of as fake/a dying religion, meaning the number of force users is dwindling. Meaning seeing a new generation of force users be born after such a long period is pretty significant.

Also I don't think him being force sensitive is the important part. The fact that they are slaves telling the story of the resistance is important. Finn and Rose going to that planet and inspiring them was important.

Like the line that is did many times in the movie, we are the spark that will light the fire that will burn the first order to the ground.

That kid represents the beginning of that fire.

Luke didn't even doing anything though, he dodged some bullets and faded away. No one even saw it. No one other than Leia even knows he "died".

Except everyone of the resistance that assumed it was actually the real Luke and, like poe said, thought he was sacrificing himself.

And everyone in the first order who probably assumed he died to Kylo to let the resistance escape.

Did you not see the scene with Luke walking out to face the First Order? All the rebels were awestruck and couldn't believe their eyes. Plenty of people knew he died. Best part is most of them probably believe he actually died fighting the First Order. As far we know Leia and Rey never told anyone the truth in order to enhance his legend and the spark.

Need better villains like palpatine and vader
