What are you guys talking about? Tyler is not dead, he's just pushed out of his body. Take for example the spell esther did on rebekka, she went in her body, but still she remains alive. It's the same, some vodo spell and that was used for Klaus at first to get Alariks body. They still lived even though their ghost was in no body. I'm sure Bony isn't stupid enough to actually kill tyler to save the Damon and Stefan.. That's just no how she is. And before you go on saving her mother, she actually said that this was to save her "friends" I'm sure Tyler was in that group of friends she was trying to save, and therefor it sounds just stupid to let him die..

So for me the conclusion is that Tyler is ALIVE - If you have your doubts let me know what sounds wrong and for what reason he's dead and we can start up a discussion. I mean it's obvious.

What I want to talk about is Elena, she's most likely a vampire now. She was also compelled by Damon to forget that she and her met early before Stefan and she did. So many from only that come up with the conclusion from what she said, if we only met earlier.. I think that sounds stupid. Of course it makes sense, but would the producer of Vampire Diaries really make it so obvious? I think that it will cause a twist, but to think that Elena will choose damon just because of that sounds silly. Of course, this is just speculations from both sides. Just think about it for a second, TV series always tend to have a twist to let you think twice, they wouldn't really make it so obvious, think about it. Now when that's said, where's Katherine? I was for Elena and Stefan the whole part, but from since Elena is such a slut ( sorry for the mature language ), I just don't want her to be with stefan anymore. You can say Catherine has been with a few guys, but she only really loved Stefan, and didn't think twice about deciding. From that I hope really that Stefan gets Catherine. Oh well, my thoughts. Give me yours so we can start rolling the discussion :D?

Elixion, there's so many flaws in what you said. Tyler is dead because his soul was voodoo'd into Klaus's body, and when his (Klaus) body was dead, so did Tyler's soul. The reason why Rebecca made it out of Esther's body alive was because Esther's body didn't die while Rebecca was in it. The soul has to reside in some physical form, it can't be floating around unless you're dead in which case you become a ghost. So your logic saying Tyler's soul is just 'floating' around somewhere is flawed

You know what? Your assuption makes no sense either, it's all up to the writers. They've said it plenty of times, the plot isn't finished, and they're still writing. They're not quite sure when Joseph is c'ming back but wants Tyler to play Klaus for a while. I'm sure they'll eventually swtich roles, there's some magic behind it- I'm sure Bonnie wouldn't be so stupid. Some redemption spell was probably used. Anyway, Tyler isn't DEAD unless season 4 comes out and there's been a good explanation, so all what we can do is make asumptions. I mean the script is not finished, no way for us to find out what's going to happen' next. Ever heard of two souls in one body? The one pushing the other out. I mean it doesn't sound impossible, I mean they got vampires, witches and werewolves.. Oh well, so take back "flaw in what you're saying" as I'd love to laugh my ass off if he's actually alive after season 4 comes out.-Let's stick to assumptions and not actually what IS going to happen as that can change.
