Expendables 4

Perfectly fine action movie. Nothing special but enjoyable to sit through

It was better than expected, which is surprising considering the only real draw of the movie from the marketing was Jennifer Lawrence getting naked

cmon bud it was definitely the moment she asked the boy to see his wiener at the vet shop

Gran Turismo
- If you remove some of the goofball video game speeches and talking points, its a pretty good racing movie.

Reptile
- Not sure why this has such low rating. I loved every second. Not sure if its the pacing people cant get into, but I liked the characters and for a first time director I say he did great.

The Last Voyage of the Demeter - 6.5/10
Enjoyable, not amazing but enjoyed watching it.

The Artifice Girl - 7.5/10
Low budget Ex Machina-esque in a good way, and poses much deeper questions, especially from the AI pov. Would recommend, if you don't mind no action.

Also have to mention Starred Up (2013) - 9.6/10
Even though I saw it a few months back, but prob the best movie I've seen this year and/or a long time, really surprised me. The acting and character dynamics were just exceptional. Highly recommended.

Honestly curious about what ppl that liked this movie enjoyed about it. As a Sci-fi/Horror fan, I went in wanting to enjoy it, but didn't for many reasons. And all of the negative reviews, that I read, were from ppl that were similar background while the positive reviews were from ppl that aren't really into those genres. So I'm curious what made it a good movie for some.

You know, I'm easy going. My biggest issue with the movie is the ending being left open for to much interpretation. Second issue would be I prefer talking.
But I love alien subject, I love horror movies. It's hard to upset me with an alien type movie I guess.

Edit on a side note : Watched clock on Hulu next and it was ass.
